• Direct restoration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mitigation teams safely and effectively throughout restoration projects.
• Respond to emergency losses involving water, mold, fire, storm, and other property damage.
• Perform water mitigation services according to IICRC standards and Rainbow processes.
• Train technicians on structural drying, mold remediation, and disaster cleanup.
