Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in Maryland is seeking a Lead Emergency Services Technician to guide technicians in water mitigation, mold remediation, structural drying, and emergency response projects.

This hands-on leadership role involves actively working with the crew, ensuring work meets IICRC standards, managing schedules, safety, and documentation, and mentoring staff for growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Direct restoration experience with leadership responsibilities.
• IICRC certifications preferred (WRT/ASD/AMRT).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead crews during emergency response and mitigation.
• Knowledge of water mitigation, mold remediation, and structural drying.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restoration teams safely throughout projects.
• Respond to emergency losses (water, mold, fire, storm).
• Oversee water mitigation and structural drying per IICRC standards.
• Train technicians on procedures, PPE, and safety.
• Maintain documentation, equipment, and job site safety.
