Job summary

Rainbow Restoration UK seeks a Lead Emergency Services Technician to oversee field teams in water mitigation, mold remediation, and emergency response. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding crews while actively performing mitigation tasks to ensure workmanship and safety throughout projects.

The ideal candidate has IICRC credentials and strong communication, with readiness to travel and work overtime as needed to support customers during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Direct restoration experience preferred and leadership background.
• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD/AMRT) preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and safety awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mitigation teams safely and effectively throughout restoration projects.
• Respond to emergency losses (water, mold, fire, storm) and oversee mitigation work.
• Perform water mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation per IICRC standards.
• Demonstrate training and mentorship to technicians in drying, containment, and cleanup.
• Monitor progress with moisture logs, equipment counts, and project documentation.
• Ensure OSHA standards and Rainbow procedures are followed; maintain safety and quality.
