Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Lead Emergency Services Technician to oversee field technicians in water mitigation, mold remediation, structural drying, and emergency response services across our South Carolina territories.

You will lead crews, ensure work adheres to IICRC standards and Rainbow procedures, and actively participate in projects while training and mentoring technicians. The role requires travel, on-call availability, and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Direct restoration experience required.
• IICRC Certifications preferred including WRT, ASD, and/or AMRT.
• Leadership and training experience preferred.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and safety standards.
• Willingness to travel statewide and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restoration teams on mitigation projects.
• Respond to emergency losses involving water, mold, fire, and storm damage.
• Perform water mitigation and structural drying according to standards.
• Train technicians in containment, demolition, and cleanup.
• Maintain safety, quality, and documentation across job sites.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and logistics for projects.
• Support on-the-job training and mentorship of technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel statewide.
