Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore® is seeking a field supervisor to monitor and inspect restoration projects, ensuring drying, demolition and repair work meets quality and safety standards. You will prepare and review documentation, explain processes to customers, and guide technicians through active jobs to completion.

The role requires coordinating with customers and staff, ensuring timely progress, and maintaining compliance with company policies and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of disaster restoration or construction industry.
• Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: ASD and WRT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and inspects tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition and restoration activities.
• Prepares and reviews documentation (notes, photos, documents) per company policies.
• Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to customers.
• Supervises technicians assigned to the job ensuring safety and standards are followed.
