Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on water mitigation, a professional appearance, and a positive, can-do attitude. You will coordinate with insurers and homeowners, with safety as the top priority on every job.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on water mitigation experience.
• Knowledge of Xactimate/Xactware software is a major plus.
• Professional appearance and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate water-damaged environments with advanced equipment and methods.
• Perform water restoration in commercial and residential settings.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and homeowners for a seamless restoration process.
• Operate with safety as the priority for self, team, and customer.
