Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation is required or preferred.
• IICRC certification preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in tight spaces.
• Will participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality water mitigation services.
• Water extraction and demolition tasks.
• Clean up and debris removal of damaged areas.
• Place and monitor drying equipment.
• Follow drying techniques and company guidelines.
• Lead a work crew at the job site.
