Job summary

Rytech of Fayetteville is seeking a Lead Water Mitigation Technician to manage daily mitigation assignments, handle new referrals and coordinate with customers and managers. You will maintain a company-issued vehicle and ensure timely communication with the Operations team.

Ideal candidates bring restoration experience, insurance claims knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work in confined spaces. IICRC WRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Restoration experience (mitigation/remediation/construction) required.
• Experience working with insurance claims.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be knowledgeable of iPad features.
• Must be able to listen and follow directions.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment/contents.
• Willing to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
• IICRC WRT certification required and other certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be available by phone and email during scheduled on-duty hours.
• Communicate daily with the Operations manager/Assistant OPS Manager.
• Maintaining a company-issued vehicle.
• Fleet Vehicle Handbook, SDS sheet, Equipment, Consumables, vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain a daily update of all files in the MICA app.
• Be available 24/7 when working on-call rotation.
• Communicate daily with customers/Insurance personnel.
