Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration in Fayetteville, AR seeks a hands-on Lead Mitigation Technician to manage and perform mitigation work while coordinating projects with the office. This is a working leadership role requiring proactive communication and attention to documentation from start to finish.

You will lead residential and commercial water mitigation projects, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and quality while growing with the company. Training and certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restoration or mitigation experience preferred
• IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Leadership experience is preferred
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to use smartphones and tablets for documentation
• Clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial water mitigation projects
• Perform mitigation work alongside technicians
• Coordinate daily field activities with the office
• Communicate proactively with customers throughout the job
• Keep documentation updated with accurate job information
• Complete moisture readings, documentation, and photo reports
• Ensure equipment, vehicles, and inventory are maintained
• Train and mentor technicians
• Conduct quality control before jobs are completed
• Help identify issues before they become customer concerns
• Assist with carpet cleaning and other restoration services as needed
• Continue expanding your skills through training and certifications
