Job summary

BELFOR Holdings Inc. is seeking an Advanced Water Damage Specialist (Level 4) to lead drying operations on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects. You will direct teams, document progress, and ensure safety and quality in the field.

Responsibilities include creating moisture maps, calculating humidity loads, managing power requirements, and coordinating with managers to meet deadlines. Travel nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Supervise and self-perform Water Damage tasks and large loss sites.
• Knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 standards and ASD designation.
• Proficiency with moisture mapping and data recording tools.
• Ability to read plans/floor plans and coordinate multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams and ensure safe PPE use and project progress.
• Review daily requirements, document progress, and notify management of challenges.
• Create moisture maps, humidity content records, and pyrometric data.
• Calculate humidity loads and electrical requirements for drying equipment.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety; travel nights and weekends as needed.
