Qualifications

• Must demonstrate mastery of BELFOR Water Damage practices and standards (IICRC aligned).
• English literacy and fluency required for field reporting and client communication.
• Ability to interpret plans, read scopes, and document progress accurately.

Responsibilities

• Direct the teams in using the correct PPE for each job.
• Review daily project requirements and report progress and challenges.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts and sketches for projects.
