Job summary

Volarify in Newark, DE is seeking an Intermediate Restoration Technician to lead water damage mitigation on residential and small commercial properties. You will apply industry standards and operate extraction equipment, drying systems, and moisture-detection tools.

Responsibilities include evaluating moisture, documenting losses with photos and diagrams, supervising crews, and assisting with complex projects to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• IICRC S500 Water Damage Restoration knowledge required.
• IICRC S520 Mold Remediation knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead water damage mitigation projects on residential and small commercial properties.
• Supervise crews and ensure PPE and safety procedures.
• Document losses with field photos and diagrams; review progress with management.
• Attend company safety trainings and maintain equipment records.
