Qualifications

• Experience supervising water-damage tasks and crews.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses.
• Direct PPE use and field safety for crew and clients.
• Document progress with photos, charts, and sketches for TPAs.
