Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Wilmington is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to support water, fire, and mold remediation projects. You will perform water extraction, structure cleaning, and materials replacement while documenting progress with photos and moisture readings.

Qualifications

Experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or maintenance preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Water extraction and initial mitigation tasks.
Cleaning structures damaged by water, fire, mold, and other causes, including odor control.
Removing and replacing damaged materials such as wallboard, lumber, insulation, and carpet.
Placing, monitoring, and removing restoration equipment.
Job documentation with photos, moisture readings, and digital notes.
Adhering to safety standards and PPE requirements on every job.
Supporting mold remediation tasks such as containment setup, demolition, and sanitation.
Participating in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response.
Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Communicating professionally with customers, property managers, and team members.
