Volarify in Sterling, VA is seeking an Advanced Water Technician to lead complex water damage mitigation and restoration projects across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will apply advanced drying techniques, moisture mapping, and psychrometry to drive large-loss outcomes with attention to safety and efficiency.

This senior role requires supervising multiple crews, reading blueprints, calculating equipment needs, and coordinating with management.

Qualifications

• IICRC S500 and S520 standards knowledge.
• IICRC ASD certification is required.
• Experience in advanced water damage restoration techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans for drying strategies.
• Experience leading large-loss restoration projects and supervising crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration crews across multiple job sites.
• Develop drying strategies from blueprints and floor plans.
• Calculate moisture loads, equipment needs, and electrical requirements.
• Document progress, prepare reports, and communicate with management.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance; deliver customer service excellence.
