The role requires strong time management, leadership, and WMS proficiency, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time position with day-1 benefits.”

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance goals.
• Provide real-time coaching and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Optimize workflows and apply LEAN methods to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
