Job summary

Hithium Tech USA is seeking an External Warehouse Supervisor in Forney, TX, to lead daily warehouse operations within a manufacturing setting. You will supervise staff, optimize workflow, maintain ERP/WMS records, and ensure safe, efficient material flow to production and shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with at least 4+ years in a supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and practices.
• Proficient in using ERP/WMS systems.
• Experience with material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Forklift certification is highly desired.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop warehouse staff; lead, train, and motivate, schedule tasks, monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies; coordinate with HR to resolve issues.
• Oversee material flow from receipt to shipment; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage warehouse equipment; maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP/WMS; monitor stock levels and cycle counts.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance; conduct inspections and training.
• Coordinate with internal departments and freight partners to schedule shipments.
• Track warehouse performance metrics; propose process improvements to reduce costs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
