Job summary

Mach 1 Lithium in Roanke, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, inventory control, material handling, production support, and shipping. You will lead daily warehouse activities, ensure accuracy of records, and help build scalable processes to support growth.

Candidates should have 5+ years in warehouse/inventory/logistics, plus 2+ years in supervision. Experience with ERP systems and forklift operations is preferred, and familiarity with lithium battery or regulated products

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Experience with lithium batteries, electronics, manufacturing, or regulated products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and shipping operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP transactions.
• Coordinate cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory audits.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, organized, and available to support production and customer orders.
• Oversee outbound shipments, packaging, labeling, and carrier coordination.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment using continuous improvement principles.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hazardous material handling requirements.
