Hithium Tech USA is expanding its North Texas facility and seeks a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and optimize production targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Excel and industry software. This role offers growth opportunities within a growing energy storage leader.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to production employees.
• Monitor performance and conduct reviews with the Production Manager.
• Ensure training on equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Oversee operations to maintain production targets and minimize downtime.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
