• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and safety programs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and enforce disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare activity reports and resolve discrepancies in shipping docs.
• Ensure proper product rotation and storage for space optimization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
