Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee high-paced warehouse operations, including freezer, perishable, and general grocery environments. The role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity while guiding a team of 15+ associates and collaborating with the Shift Manager on performance development plans.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of related warehouse experience, exposure to Warehouse Management Systems, and strong leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree - General Studies, or higher, preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree - General Studies or equivalent accepted.
• GED - General Studies may be considered.
• High School Diploma - General Studies accepted.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations of warehouse areas.
• Oversee activities of Warehouse Associates in order fulfillment and general operations.
• Instruct and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager on PDPs; coach and mentor associates.
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits and document findings.
• Investigate accidents per company guidelines and document results.
