Job summary

Cardinal Health in Cranbury, NJ seeks a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations to support the warehouse supervisor with inbound management and staff direction, ensuring timely shipments and accurate inventory control.

You will communicate with customers about disruptions, schedule inbound shipments, and prepare reports on productivity and quality. The role requires 4+ years of distribution experience and strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• 4+ years of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Previous MHE experience required.
• Order Selector and Reach preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills preferred.
• Proficient in AIMS preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• RF scanner/voice-to-pick experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, and lift for full shift with overtime as needed.
• Adhere to site safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment and meet quotas.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented with limited supervision.
• Ability to process paperwork accurately.
• Microsoft Office familiarity and general computer skills.
• Flexible/adaptable with strong multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs to assess inventory, submit orders, and audit operations.
• Directs floor workflows: unloading, receiving, put-away, and delivery scheduling.
• Analyzes data and reports productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors on priorities and objectives.
• Assists inbound workload forecasting to plan labor.
• Assists in inventory management, stocking and shipping as needed.
