Job summary

Cardinal Health in Cranbury, NJ is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate for 2nd shift to supervise inbound and outbound operations, direct floor workflows, and coordinate receipt, put-away, and shipping activities with accuracy and safety. The role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, experience with MHE and RF scanners, and fluency in Spanish is a plus.

You will work Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
• 4+ years of experience preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
• MHE experience required; Order Selector and Reach preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow-up skills preferred
• Proficient in AIMS preferred
• Good communication skills; RF scanner/voice-to-pick experience highly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Overtime may be required; able to work heights 20-30 feet
• Compliance with safety PPE and site regulations

Responsibilities

• Directs workflows on the warehouse floor including unloading, receiving, put away, and managing delivery schedules
• Assists inbound workload forecasting and inventory management
• Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to align on priorities
• Produces reports on productivity and quality
• Communicates with customers outside the warehouse about disruptions and delivery times
