Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is hiring a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations to support the Warehouse Supervisor and drive efficient warehouse activities. You will oversee inbound management, coordinate shipment receipts, and assign tasks to staff while producing productivity reports.

The role requires experience with warehouse processes, MHE equipment, and RF scanning, along with strong communication and teamwork. Overtime may be required and the position is on-site in Cranbury, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• 4+ years of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment experience (MHE) required; Order Selector and Reach preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills preferred.
• Proficient in AIMS preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• RF scanner/voice-to-pick experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows standard operating procedures to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations.
• Directs workflows on the warehouse floor: unloading, receiving, put away, and delivery scheduling.
• Analyzes data and reports productivity to gauge performance.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to align on priorities and objectives.
• Assists in inbound workload forecasting to plan labor utilization.
• Assists in inventory management and stocking/shipping as needed.
