Job summary

The position requires 4+ years of warehouse experience, a HS diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, and comfort operating PIT and sit-down forklifts. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to operate PIT and sit-down forklift; rotate to different areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to manage inventory, place orders, and audit warehouse operations.
• Direct floor workflows for packing, unloading, shipping, and delivery scheduling.
• Analyze productivity data to assess performance versus targets.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors on priorities and inventory planning.
• Assist in workload forecasting and staffing based on historical trends.
• Assist in inbound/outbound processes and inventory storage.
