Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, or related environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Forklift training program completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting, and customer communication activities.
• Manage labor, scheduling, space utilization, equipment, and manpower.
• Hire, train, assign, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Plan daily work based on work orders, instructions, priorities, and resources.
• Keep Operations Manager informed of progress and problems.
