Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a capable warehouse operations supervisor to manage daily warehouse activities in Oklahoma. You will lead a team, develop schedules, and coach staff to meet quality standards and customer service goals.

In this role, you will implement continuous improvements, adhere to GXO 7S practices, and maintain a clean, safe working environment while coordinating with leadership and other departments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience with computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (preferred).
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred).
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred).
• Pre-employment drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean environment.
