Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military rank equivalent or 6+ months of warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are required.
• Ability to lead teams and manage under high-stress conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two direct reports with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse production activities.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to support day-to-day activities.
• Ensure proper scheduling and task assignments are executed accurately.
• Manage vacation and time-off scheduling to minimize disruption.
