Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with some college level study required.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• MS Office experience and inventory experience are a plus.
• 3PL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for verification of shipments, handling, and material disposition.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and teamwork through effective communication.
• Monitor attendance and tardiness; support scheduling and time sheets.
• Ensure daily safety compliance and investigate accidents if needed.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to maintain skills.
