Legacy Supply Chain is hiring an Operations Supervisor for its Collierville, TN facility. The role oversees a shift, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and policy compliance on the warehouse floor.

You will prepare reports, manage personnel needs, and drive safety initiatives to maintain high performance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a supervisor in distribution or manufacturing, with a BS/BA or equivalent, and experience with warehouse systems (Manhattan WMS) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisor level experience in distribution or manufacturing environment.
• BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in maintaining quality, service and client relationships in a high-paced setting.
• Experience working in team oriented, multi-shift environment.
• Proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Warehouse management and inventory management systems experience preferred (Manhattan WMS experience a plus).
• Knowledge of ISO/QS procedures and Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned department/shift and maintain visibility with team members on the warehouse floor.
• Establishes and maintains facility standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy; ensure policies are followed.
• Prepare required reports and correspondence as needed.
• Handle personnel issues, determine manpower needs, train, motivate, coach, discipline, and resolve issues.
• Oversee housekeeping activities and maintain area sanitation.
• Maintain working knowledge of operating systems in the area.
• Support Safety Programs and participate in Safety Committees.
