FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. in Dallas is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize safety, quality and efficiency, and drive KPI performance.

You will manage 40–100 team members, allocate resources, and lead cross-functional initiatives across QA, inventory, and shipping. The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, a relevant degree, and experience with WMS/QDM/LMS and P&L management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a logistics environment.
• Experience managing WMS, QDM, LMS, P&L, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate resources to meet safety, quality, and KPI targets.
• Direct all operational aspects of the facility across multiple shifts.
• Manage 40–100 team members and drive productivity and teamwork.
• Plan and manage operational budgets including staffing and overtime.
• Implement process improvements using QDM methodologies.
