Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven leadership of a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead 2nd shift warehouse employees and daily operations.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, loading, unloading, inventory, and general warehouse activities.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse standards.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and employee productivity.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees as needed.
• Communicate operational updates, staffing concerns, and issues to management.
• Coordinate with other departments and shifts to ensure a smooth transition between operations.
• Assist with resolving inventory, shipping, receiving, and operational discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Monitor equipment usage and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Prepare or review shift reports and communicate important information to management.
• Help maintain a positive, productive, and professional work environment.
