Job summary

Performance Team, based in Texas, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our warehousing and distribution activities. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production processes, quality standards, and cost controls while guiding a team across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has extensive warehouse operations management experience, including cold storage, in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required.
• Experience in a production-based/fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data on products ordered.
• Coordinates manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers for optimum resource utilization.
• Reviews production and operating reports and resolves issues to minimize costs and delays.
• Trains and ensures employees are aware of and comply with company policies.
