The role emphasizes staff development, payroll oversight, and process improvements to meet customer metrics and deadlines in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook tools is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets.
• Experience with warehouse or logistics environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics and deadlines.
• Assesses staffing needs and assigns duties based on workload.
• Monitors productivity and ensures inventory accuracy with controls and audits.
• Manages payroll for the department and communicates procedures clearly.
• Trains and mentors staff; enforces safety and quality standards.
• Maintains harmony and resolves employee grievances, ensuring smooth operations.
