Job summary

Kenco Logistics, a leading 3PL provider in the U.S., seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, manage schedules, and ensure safe, quality work. The role emphasizes mentoring, accountability, and collaborative process improvement under the General Manager.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, inventory activities, and outbound shipping while maintaining policy compliance and driving efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college; or equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ensure safety and quality of work for departments and areas of responsibility.
• Schedule work assignments and inventories.
• Oversee shipping of outbound orders and process improvements.
• Provide coaching and performance evaluations to associates.
• Assist in development of processes and process improvements.
