Job summary

Performance Team is looking for a skilled warehouse supervisor to oversee receiving, storing, inventorying, and shipping activities in its New Jersey facility. The role requires coordinating schedules, managing a large team, and ensuring accurate inventory and safety compliance.

You will lead 50+ direct reports, plan workloads, and handle payroll for the department. Familiarity with 3PL, freezer operations, and USDA import/export processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ direct reports.
• USDA imports and exports experience a plus; safe food handling and temperature controlled storage experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly.
• Manage payroll for the department and ensure safety procedures are followed.
