Performance Team in Stockton, CA is seeking a Supervisor, Operations for Shift A (Sunday-Wednesday, 5:00 am–3:30 pm) to oversee a warehouse team responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials. Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials in the stockroom, warehouse, or yard.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and assign workers accordingly.
• Update and communicate operating procedures to warehouse staff.
• Track productivity and evaluate performance by individual and department.
• Work with Inventory Control to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage payroll for the department.
• Advise employees on handling, storage, maintenance, and shipping of stock; ensure safety procedures.
