Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Forklift training certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities and plan improvements.
• Manage labor scheduling, space utilization, and equipment use for productivity.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues and discipline as needed.
• Ensure operations meet client KPIs and adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Plan daily work, assign duties, and adjust staffing to priorities.
• Communicate with senior management and client representatives on critical issues.
