Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse leader to plan, assign and direct work for warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to service, quality, safety, and productivity standards. The role includes supervising loading, unloading, forklift tasks, and daily inspections, while coordinating with Traffic and Customer Service to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

The position requires at least 3 years in a warehouse/logistics setting, ability to handle heavy lifting, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs (18 kg) or more.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading, forklift operation, product relocation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.
