Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse supervisor to partner with Operations Leadership to ensure all functions of the warehouse are completed to meet company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity.

The role includes planning, assigning, and directing work, reporting defects, overseeing loading/unloading, forklift operation, and daily inspections while maintaining clear communication with Traffic and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures in cold storage and dry storage sites while wearing PPE.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Able to work in noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading, forklift operation, product relocation, etc.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report quantity/quality issues.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed
