Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse supervisor to partner with Operations Leadership and ensure all functions of the warehouse meet service, quality, safety and productivity standards. You will plan, assign and direct work for warehouse associates and manage loading, unloading and forklift operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, reviewing inbound/outbound shipments for compliance, reporting defects, and coordinating corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Able to work in cold and hot storage conditions with PPE.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and product relocation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service Coach and provide feedback.
