Job summary

Lineage in Omaha, NE is seeking a warehouse associate to help ensure customers' standards of service, quality, safety and productivity are met. You will be planning, assigning and directing the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.

This role requires 3 years in warehousing, ability to lift 40 lbs, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends. You will operate forklifts, conduct inspections, and coordinate with Traffic and Customer Service to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kgs).
• Ability to work in cold or hot storage conditions.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading, unloading, forklift operation and relocation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.
