Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse team lead to work closely with Operations Leadership to ensure all warehouse functions are completed in line with our service, quality, safety, and productivity standards.

You will plan and direct the work of warehouse associates, report issues, manage loading/unloading and forklift operations, perform inspections, and coordinate with Traffic and Customer Service. This role also offers growth opportunities in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs (18 kg) and wear PPE.
• Ability to work in cold storage up to -20F.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates.
• Report defective or damaged products and take corrective action.
• Manage warehouse duties including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and inbound/outbound trailers.
• Check shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse staff.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.
