Job summary

Divergent in Los Angeles is hiring a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead multiple warehouse teams supporting additive manufacturing and vehicle builds. You will drive performance, maintain inventory accuracy in the ERP system, and ensure adherence to internal SLAs across shipping, receiving, and kitting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead large warehouse teams across multiple facilities.
• Strong communication with cross functional teams and supervisors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and KPI reporting.
• Experience with inventory control, kitting and production support.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Divergent and Czinger warehouse teams across multiple activities.
• Develop execution plans to meet station, outbound, inbound, and vendor SLAs.
• Support training and rollout of process improvements and new tools.
• Ensure ERP inventory accuracy and coordinate monthly reconciliation with finance.
• Improve life cycle processes, cycle counts, and variances management.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with purchasing and planning.
• Revise kitting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing on systematic orders and receipts.
• Support expansion by forecasting space needs and inventory.
• Determine outbound packaging and budget accordingly.
