Job summary

Holman Logistics in Conway, AR is seeking an experienced warehouse operations leader to direct and coordinate daily activities of the facility and warehouse, ensuring high quality shipping and receiving, adherence to SOPs, and strong customer service standards.

You will mentor supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and lead staffing, safety, and performance evaluations in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in a high-volume warehouse and production environment.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Green Belt.
• Strong MS Office skills and SAP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates daily activities of the facility and warehouse to ensure quality and accuracy of shipping and receiving.
• Reads, understands, and enforces policies, SOPs, and procedures by all team members.
• Mentors supervisory personnel and coaches hourly team members and front-line managers.
• Drives continuous improvement in facility and warehouse systems, processes, and policies.
• Oversees supervision, staffing, and payroll-related functions and performance evaluations.
• Manages safety, audits, and customer service standards while coordinating with leadership.
