Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and manage delivery drivers. The role emphasizes safe, efficient, and accountable processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Parts Manager, lead a team, and coordinate inventory, shipping, and reporting using Procede DMS. Candidates should have supervisory experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience managing delivery drivers strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use Procede DMS.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Procede Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Ensure parts are properly labeled, stored, and readily accessible.
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• File claims in a timely manner for missing / damaged / ordered in error parts.
• Pull return in a timely manner
• Do monthly cores returns
