Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Warehouse Operations Team Lead in New York to supervise daily warehouse activities, coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipment readiness.

Shifts are Monday–Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM and Saturday 7:00AM-12:00PM. A high school diploma and forklift experience are preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; Synapse training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related warehouse experience.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Synapse training is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Tracks employee hours for feedback on productivity.
• Directs team of employees for one or more warehouse accounts.
• Coordinates shipping schedules and labor needs for rework projects and cycle counts.
• Unloads and moves inbound freight to storage locations safely and efficiently.
• Picks and prepares product for shipment with accuracy.
• Performs picking duties meeting customer and company standards.
