Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Warehouse Operations Team Lead in New Jersey to oversee daily warehouse activities and lead a team across one or more accounts. The role requires coordinating with supervisors on shipping schedules, labor requirements, and cycle counts while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years related experience, forklift operation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related warehouse experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Directs team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouse.
• Tracks employee hours and provides feedback.
• Coordinates with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules and labor needs.
• Unloads and moves inbound freight to storage locations safely and efficiently.
• Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Performs picking duties meeting customer and company standards.
