Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise operations and track employee hours. You'll direct a team for one or more accounts, ensuring all tasks are done efficiently and safely.

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 2 to 4 years of related experience, preferably involving forklifts and Microsoft Office. Join GEODIS and be part of a global leader in logistics with various opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions.
• Ability to write simple reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Tracks employee hours in account to provide feedback.
• Directs team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouse.
• Coordinates with CSR and Operations Supervisor for shipping schedules.
• Unloads and moves inbound freight product safely and efficiently.
• Pulls and prepares product for shipment accurately.
• Performs picking duties efficiently to meet standards.
