Job summary

GEODIS in Columbus, OH is hiring a warehouse team member to support daily operations. You will track hours, direct a team, coordinate shipping and labor for rework projects, and ensure accurate loading and picking of products.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience; forklift experience and Excel proficiency preferred. Synapse training is a plus. This is an on-site, full-time position with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Synapse training preferred.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write basic reports.

Responsibilities

• Track employee hours for accounts and provide feedback.
• Direct team of employees for one or more warehouse accounts.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and labor requirements for rework projects and cycle counts.
• Unload and move inbound freight to storage locations safely.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with accuracy.
• Perform picking duties efficiently meeting customer and company standards.
